A trailblazer in female leadership, First Sergeant Retired, Queen Aza II is the 1st African American female in field artillery history to earn the rank of First Sergeant. Surprisingly, Coach Queen was a teenager with a speech impediment & now (ironically!) she gets paid speaking gigs!
